Hella Her Return & Shipping Policy

At Hella Her, each item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or accidental orders.


Returns & Replacements

We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is confirmed lost in transit (see below)

If any of the above applies, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue


🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow your package in real time through the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

⚠️ We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
We recommend checking with neighbors, your local post office, or filing a claim directly with the carrier if your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it.


📦 Cancellations

Because items are sent into production immediately after purchase, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once placed.
